Return & Exchange Policies:
Q 1 What is the return policy?
1. Products can only be returned in case of any manufacturing defect.
2. Buyer can get their product(s) returned/replaced within 5 days from the date of delivery.
3. The 5 days replacement policy is applicable on all product(s) sold by prestobazaar.com except customised orders.
4. Amount will be refunded online within 5-7 business days.
5. In cases where a product is free from all defects and the buyer still wishes to return it, a refund with 10% price deduction of order value is offered. Buyer will have to bear return shipping charges as well.
Please note: Returned goods will be accepted in following cases only:
1) Product(s) should be returned in its original condition, unwashed, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
2) There is no damage to the product(s) due to its misuse.
3) No loss or damage in transit when product(s) is shipped back by the buyer. Kindly ensure that the product(s) are packed in a safe & secure manner.
Q 2 How do I return my product(s) to prestobazaar.com?
If product(s) received by the buyer have a manufacturing defect, they can notify Presto Bazaar regarding the same within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The buyer can contact the brand via Phone(+91-81990-41777) or Email (email@example.com). Presto Bazaar will arrange a pick up from the address of delivery within 48 hours of the request or may request the buyer to ship the defective product(s) in its original condition.
Q 3 Can I get my defected product replaced with the new one?
Yes, if product(s) has a manufacturing defect, the buyer can get it replaced under the 5 days replacement policy i.e. 5 days from the date of delivery.
Notify the brand via email or call to arrange a pick up from the address of delivery within 48 hours of the request or an arrangement to ship the defective product(s) in its original condition yourselves.
Q 4 Is it possible to return a part of my order?
Yes, it is possible to return a part of the order, in case of multiple product(s) orders and only part product(s) is defective. Any product being returned needs to be returned in the original condition as received.
Q 5 How long will it take to receive the refund for my return?
Once the defective product(s) reaches the brand, the product(s) will undergo an inspection by the brand team. If defects are found to be manufacturing defects, the team will refund the amount within 1-2 business days from the date of receival. Amount will be refunded online.
Q 6 How long will the replacement process take?
Once the defective product(s) reaches the brand, the product(s) will undergo an inspection by the brand team. If defects are found to be manufacturing defects, the team will ship the new product within 1-2 days with no extra cost.

At prestobazaar.com, buyers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of order placement. Any amount paid by the buyer will be refunded within 1-2 business days.

Buyer can cancel the order within 24 hours of order placement by calling the customer care number +91-81990-41777. They can also cancel the order through the website on ‘My orders’ page by identifying the item that needs to be cancelled.

Buyer can modify their order before the order is shipped. The buyer can do the same by calling the customer care number +91-81990-41777 and providing them their order number. Buyer can also modify the order manually through the website.
Q 4 How long will it take to receive my refund after I have cancelled my order?
Refunds are usually made with 1-2 days after cancellation.
