Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders

What we do about mispricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.

Fabric Conditions

All fabrics come in a standard width of 48 inches. Small differences in width, repeat and color are unavoidable and are not a cause for complaint including minor color deviation when they are within an acceptable limit of +/- 5 percent.

Please always check for quantities, color before placing your order.

In general, all textile fabrics can shrink between 1 and 4 percent during washing/dry cleaning and do not require a special warning/note to be put on them for the shrinkage. A special warning/note would only be added to articles where shrinkage is higher than the usual norms.
